gratefulness

Today, I watched some Mualaf videos talking about how they convert to Islam.

What makes me shy and overwhelmed by what they said is on how they struggled to search for the true God, the One who will always listen to their problems and help them during difficult times.

After they took the Syahadah, what is making me more shy is on their appreciation to the Lord, Allah who had guided them to the right path.

Me? As the already Muslim girl, did I search about my own Lord?

Did I appreciate Him and His religion and His Messenger?

Ya ALLAH, FORGIVE MY DUMBNESS TO REALIZE YOUR OWN EXISTENCE IN MY LIFE AND LACK OF GRATEFULLNESS TO APPRECIATE MY OWN LIFE.

Sorry and forgive me my Lord!
